The Geneva motor show Mitsubishi Motors Corporation presents its new-generation SUV Mitsubishi Engelberg Tourer. Engelberg is a unique ski center in the Central region of Switzerland, offering magnificent panoramas, views and is known for its well-prepared trails and challenging off-piste descents that provide joy and a sense of freedom to the most demanding freeride skiers.
The Mitsubishi Engelberg Tourer is a twin-engine hybrid car with 4WD electric drive and external supercharging (PHEV). As befits the car named after the Engelberg Tourer, it offers excellent characteristics that allow the driver to enjoy driving in all weather conditions and confidently behaves on any road. The car has a large range, typical of PHEV cars, and allows you to travel out of town to places without infrastructure for charging. The excellent layout of the car allows you to combine the capacity of the passenger space with a variety of storage compartments, so that family and friends can enjoy spending time on the way to their destination.
Mitsubishi Engelberg Tourer offers the MMC Twin Motor system with permanent 4WD all-wheel drive, high-performance high-power electric motors driving the front and rear axles, and based on the knowledge gathered through the entire Lancer Evolution sports car series, it also uses active demolition control.
