In 2015, the Alpine brand chose the international automobile festival (FAI) to present the Alpine Vision Gran Turismo car. In January 2018, the Alpine A110 was named the most beautiful car of 2017. In 2020, Alpine presented its historical models at the FAI festival along with current offerings and concept cars to show the brand's history, which is an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
The Alpine brand, present for the third time at the Les Invalides international automobile festival, organized an exhibition of car models that have not yet been presented or are little known to the General public. It includes the A210 prototype, Alpine Vision Gran Turismo, A110 1800 Gp4-1972 in the factory version, A110 SportsX, A110 "Berlinette" 1300 from 1971 and A110S.
In 1966, Alpine introduced a new prototype with the symbol A210, designed exclusively for high-performance launches. The model was used from 1966 to 1969 in 24-hour races at Le Mans. In 1966, he won with the Grandsire/Cella crew, and in 1968 with the Andruet/Nicolas crew. The presented copy of the Alpine A210 was released in 1967. It is equipped with a Renault Gordini type 58 engine and a Porsche gearbox. Its top speed is 270 km / h and was set on the hunaudières straight in 1969. The car also participated on June 14, 1969 in the 24-hour race at Le Mans, led by the Killy/Wollek crew. Later, the model was replaced by a new generation intended for participation in competitions, designated by the symbols A440 and A441.
